KUL Talent is building an evidence-first career and job-discovery platform for the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. We want to make finding and evaluating career opportunities clearer, more useful and less repetitive.
What we're engineering
Instead of treating job seekers as lists of keywords, we are building systems around their real qualifications, experience and decisions. These capabilities are being developed and refined; their availability may vary during beta.
CVs that candidates control
Our CV-processing and profile systems aim to reduce repetitive entry while keeping candidate-supplied experience accurate, reusable and correctable.
Explainable opportunity intelligence
We distinguish verified evidence, claims, inferences, missing facts and conflicts. An absent qualification signal is not automatically a rejection.
Engineering for the Gulf
We are focusing our initial candidate experience on the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia, with English and Arabic support, including right-to-left interfaces.
Trust is a product requirement
We don't believe an unexplained match percentage tells the whole story. Our evidence model separates what is verified, supported, claimed, inferred, unknown or conflicting. Job freshness and sourcing matter too. A listing on KUL Talent does not automatically mean that the employer or opening is verified.

Our platform uses modern web engineering, structured information, automation and open-source tools. We optimise for candidate outcomes, reliability and clarity—not AI features for their own sake.
