Scope and operator
KUL Talent ("KUL", "we", "us") provides the candidate-side website and related career software at kultalent.com. Operator: Jamal Ahmad Khan, India. For legal correspondence, service questions or information about the operator's contact details, email support@kultalent.com.
These Terms apply to enabled candidate-beta features. Separate employer, recruiter, paid and other future features are not included merely because they are mentioned on the website.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must be legally able to agree to these Terms, give accurate account information, protect your credentials and use the service lawfully. Do not impersonate others, spam, scrape in violation of law, upload data without permission or attempt unauthorized access.
We may restrict abusive or unsafe use as reasonably necessary, subject to mandatory rights. You may stop using the service and request help using the contact below.
Job discovery and verification
KUL aggregates, displays, organizes and links to job information from third-party sources. Vacancies, salaries, eligibility rules, employer identities and application links may be outdated, incomplete or incorrect; a label or recommendation is not a guarantee of verification or employment.
Independently verify important details with the employer before applying, sharing sensitive information or paying anyone. KUL does not promise interviews, employment, visas, recruitment representation or placement.
External applications and tracking
For the initial candidate beta, an Apply action may take you to an employer or applicant-tracking-system website. Unless a specific integrated workflow expressly confirms submission, KUL does not submit your application to an employer.
Saving, tracking or marking a job as applied records candidate-side activity only. It is not proof an employer received or reviewed any materials. Other sites have their own terms and privacy practices.
Profiles, uploads and visibility
You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of career information, CVs, documents and other material you provide. You retain applicable rights in that content and give KUL only the permissions reasonably necessary to host, process and display it for the features you enable.
Creating a candidate account does not by itself authorize KUL to send a CV or profile to every employer. Visibility and sharing depend on the feature and controls actually presented to you.
Automated outputs
Search rankings, classifications, suggested matches, summaries and other automated or AI-assisted outputs are aids, not certified facts or hiring decisions. Review them independently, especially where evidence is unknown or conflicting.
KUL does not make an employer's final hiring decision. Features that are not enabled should not be treated as promised services.
Fees and future services
The initial candidate-beta service is free. No fee is charged by KUL in exchange for recruitment, an interview or placement. Paid software, premium products, payment collection or subscriptions must be separately disclosed and enabled before any purchase.
No future feature, charge or recurring billing obligation is created by agreeing to this beta document.
Availability, changes and liability
The beta may be modified, interrupted or unavailable. We aim to keep information and the service reasonably accurate and secure but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, third-party websites, a particular vacancy or an employment outcome.
Liability and consumer protections are governed by applicable law. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded. Material changes to operative Terms will be identified with a new version and effective date, and renewed acceptance obtained where required.
Contact and concerns
For support, misuse reports, privacy requests or questions about these Terms, email support@kultalent.com. Applicable mandatory consumer, employment and data protection rights continue to apply. Questions about applicable law or dispute-resolution options may be directed to the contact above; statutory rights remain unaffected.
