This policy covers candidate accounts and public job-discovery features at kultalent.com. For a privacy question or a request to access, correct or delete your information, contact support@kultalent.com. We may verify your identity before disclosing or changing account information.
Employer, recruiter, premium and other future features may require additional disclosures before launch.
Information we handle
Depending on the feature used, information may include name, email, login and verification metadata, profile details, work history, education, skills, CVs and uploaded documents, preferences, saved jobs, career activity, application-tracker entries, and support messages.
We may also handle device/browser information, approximate network information, security events, service diagnostics, job-source metadata, inferred career categories and interactions with the service. Avoid adding unnecessary sensitive personal information to CVs or messages.
How we obtain it
Information comes from you when you register, upload or use the site; from your browser or security services during use; and, where applicable, from authorized integrations or public job sources. Candidate-supplied private data should not be treated as unrestricted merely because a public vacancy is indexed.
Why we process it
We process relevant data to create and secure accounts, supply requested profile and job-discovery tools, save and track your own activity, display relevant opportunities, troubleshoot incidents, answer requests, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.
Where a particular law requires consent for optional processing, we will request it separately; mandatory Terms acceptance is not blanket consent for marketing, non-essential tracking, unrelated AI training or external recruiter disclosure. Other processing depends on the lawful ground available in the user's jurisdiction.
What others can see
Creating an account does not automatically send your private CV or application to employers. Sharing with recruiters, employers or other users depends on specific features, settings and authorizations actually enabled.
If you follow an external application link and provide information to that employer or applicant-tracking system, the destination independently controls the data it collects under its own notice.
Processors, hosting and transfers
KUL uses service providers for infrastructure and authentication; the reviewed implementation includes Supabase for authentication/database services and Vercel for application hosting. Network protection, email delivery, analytics or other processors may be involved to the extent actually configured.
Data may be processed outside your country, including where relevant providers operate. Where applicable, international transfers require appropriate legal protections. For further information about relevant providers or international transfers, contact support@kultalent.com.
Browser storage and security
Authentication sessions may be stored in browser local storage. Cookies or similar technologies may be used where necessary for sessions, security and site operation; optional technologies are subject to applicable choices and notices.
KUL applies access controls and protective measures appropriate to its service, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Protect access to shared devices and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
Retention and deletion
Information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the account or feature used, security, resolving disputes and complying with law. Some audit or transaction records may need to be retained after an account is closed where law requires or permits.
You may ask how a particular category of information is retained or request deletion through the contact below. Retention and request handling depend on the purpose and applicable law.
Rights and choices
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, export, deletion, restriction, objection or withdrawal of optional consent by writing to support@kultalent.com. We will assess the request under the law that applies, may request appropriate identity verification, and explain any lawful limitation.
You can choose whether to follow external application links and what information to provide to other sites. Withdrawal of consent does not undo already-lawful prior processing.
Automation and future payments
KUL may use automated search, extraction, matching or ranking where a feature is enabled. Such outputs can be incorrect and are not employer hiring decisions. Use of candidate beta does not authorize unrelated model training by default.
Paid checkout is not part of the free beta. Any later payment service will have a separate purchase disclosure describing the processor and payment information involved before activation.
Changes and concerns
We will identify changes to the operative policy by version and effective date, notify users when legally required and maintain a contact route at support@kultalent.com. The policy version and effective date shown on this page identify the applicable published revision. Account-registration consent is separately governed by the active signup legal records.
